The penthouse, decorated in detail, is located on the 2nd floor (without lift), at a quiet street in the heart of the city, surrounded by supermarkets, small shops, restaurants, with medical centers nearby, just 10 minute walk from the Plaza de la Merced, main museums and monuments.

Check-in times: from 16.00 to 20.30 h. You may arrive out of this timerange, but unfortunately there is a surcharge: after 20.30, €30 and between 00.00 h and 10:00 h, €40. You may eventually enter before, but always depending on other factors which will assessed in each case.

Check-out time: 11.00 h. If you wish to leave later, please advise us before. We will tell you if it is possible; if there is no entry that day, we usually facilitate a later departure, but always depending on other factors, which will be assessed in each case.
