Casa PG, a small G Spot in the heart of the Genoese historic center in the city center.

Rent Private room with whole apartment use.
– Ideal for families and groups but also for smart working.
– The house is located in the heart of Genoa at 2 minutes a
feet from the aquarium, in Vico delle Scuole Pie 4/6, 3rd floor,
as is typical in Genoese houses, there is no elevator.
– The house consists of an entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The private room consists of a loft bed for one and a half, under a double bed and a possible double sofa bed (6 seats max), plus desk and TV.

Sheets, blankets, towels, soaps and shampoos are included.

– Special features of the house, furnishings and HandMade facilities,
most of the furnishings and furniture I am building them
personally, giving a theme to the rooms,
mainly steampunk and orient and mostly using
recycled and recycled materials (given the request, in the future I will give
the possibility to book and purchase the various structures).

> The kitchen is well equipped and available with microwave,
dishes, washing machine (and detergents), fridge, kettle, stove and
oven, cleaning kit and much more …
> The tap water in the kitchen is drinkable, but available
also the microfiltering carafe for purified water. Enough
heavy and polluting plastic bottles!
> The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and
Basin. Available shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper,
hairdryer, bluetooth speaker.
> The room, consisting of a sofa, armchair, tables and chairs, a
TV layout with usb and hdmi connections, bluetooth speaker,
table games.
> Wifi and Prime Video for guests.
> Several appliances and lights are voice-controlled with
Echo.

Private room with full use of the apartment price per night (less than a week): 1 person 55 €, 2 are 75 €, 3 are 85 €, 4 are 105 €, 5 are 125 €, 6 are 145 €

– For bookings of one week there is a discount of € 5 per day

– For high season periods (summer months or during special events during the winter) € 10 more per night

– For those who want to book a month the price is € 30 per night for one person and € 40 per night for two people

– If during the stay, especially for the monthly, there is the possibility to have the room cleaned for € 15
