Casa Shalom is located in Via Colleoni 23 in the San Gabriele/Villa dei Pini district of Civitanova Marche, a city on the Adriatic Sea in Central Italy.
The detached house consists of an apartment on the ground floor and an attic on the first floor.
The beach of Lungomare Nord di Fontespina can be reached after 2 minutes on foot from my gate through a convenient underpass.
A few meters away there is an organic fruit and vegetable shop; a supermarket (Conad city) is 300 meters away; another (Tigre) at the same distance; car workshop, petrol station a few meters away; tyre shop nearby; hospital and Catholic Church nearby with a small playground for children, relaxation for adults and public parking.
Bars, pastry shops and other shops complete the commercial offer. The neighborhood is quiet all year round and even in summer!
The city center is 1.5 km away and can also be reached by urban transport.
A large shopping center with about 80 shops (Il Cuore Adriatico) is a 10-minute drive away.

The apartment, about 60-65 m2, is composed of: 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a brand new en suite bathroom (1.20 m shower); the second double bedroom is furnished with walnut furniture and the second bathroom, recently renovated, with shower, is adjacent to the room.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV and mosquito nets on the windows.
The dining room/kitchen (for 4 people) is also equipped with air conditioning, a 55-inch smart TV, dishwasher, electric oven.
The accommodation is completed by a room with a washing machine and everything needed for laundry, including an ironing board and iron. Casa Shalom is equipped with a Wi-Fi signal and uses energy from a 3.2 Kwh photovoltaic system.
For those who love to travel by bike (in Civitanova there are many kilometers of cycle path from the sea to the countryside up to the Upper city) two women’s bicycles and two men’s bicycles are available upon reservation with an additional cost.
But for those who love rest and relaxation, Casa Shalom offers an internal courtyard equipped with a swing, umbrella, table and chairs for lunch or, better, for evening dinners; the vegetable garden is equipped with an anti-mosquito system to give you quiet evenings.
A vegetable garden with many flowers and decorations complete the stay, ideal for families who want the sea but also rest.
Small pets are accepted as well as quiet and well-behaved dogs.
For those who want to know the hinterland, the cities of art, the popular festivals, the history of the area and its illustrious characters, I am happy to be able to satisfy every request.
