The apartment has a living room with TV and sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge, kitchen and sink, a very large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Ample space outside that with table, chairs and umbrella allow you to eat outdoors. On the back is a tub and an outdoor shower.

The apartment is 50 meters from the sea and 400 meters from the center of Santa Maria al Bagno where you can find grocery stores, greengrocers, butchers, fishmongers, a bakery, a pharmacy, newsagents, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, rentals of bicycles. On Sunday morning there is an open-air market that offers the possibility of buying local products of various kinds.

The sea water is crystal clear and it is possible to swim from the low cliff, easily accessible to children. At about 3 km (towards Porto Cesareo) the enchanting Natural Park of Porto Selvaggio then begins, where it is possible to spend whole days under the cool pine forest that ends on the crystal-clear sea of ​​Uluzzo Bay. For those who want to admire the Baroque style, they can go to visit the splendid churches of Nardò at only 6 Km or go up to Lecce for 25 Km.
