Baja Sardinia- Casa sul mare con pontile privato

Apartment by the sea, in a typical residence (completely restored Gallurese stazzo), very quiet, a few minutes from Baja Sardinia, (3.5 KM), 08 km. from Porto Cervo, in the center of the Gulf of Arzachena (in front of Cannigione). We have a private pier, about 150 m from the house, suitable for mooring small boats. the house is located in a reserved but at the same time, very strategic, in the center of the “Costa Smeralda” tourist area.

Access for guests :
My guests will be able to park their car (one or more) right in front of my house, in the area I own.
the sea is right below the house (on one side, reachable from the back of the house via an area belonging to my house, there are splendid rocky inlets, about 70 meters from the house, in front of the tourist port of Cannigione ). on the main side of the house, the sea can be reached via a short path, as well as the mooring pier, which is available to guests.
