Helmsley House is a charming colonial style farmhouse with a wrap around veranda set in beautiful park like gardens.

Situated only 10 min from Ballito, the beaches and all the attractions of the Dolphin Coast including numerous restaurants and the new Ballito Junction Mall, this is the perfect place for a family vacation and offers something for everyone.
The accommodation consists of a main house which has a kitchen, TV room, open plan lounge/dining room and 3 bedrooms, the main en suite and a second shared bathroom. There is also a garden cottage which has a small lounge and 3 bedrooms, the main en suite and the second bathroom shared. There is a lapa with built in braai, swimming pool and a 4 car garage and lots of extra parking as well as a pool table, dart board, table tennis, trampoline and home gym. We have DSTV and free WiFi. The property comes fully serviced with 3 staff members.
Helmsley House is very well situated. For the sports enthusiast, it is set in the heart of Holla cycling and running trails and there are 5 excellent golf courses nearby. Sugar Rush Park is just down the road and offers a jump park, putt putt, laser tag, a skate park and numerous other activities for the children. It also offers Saturday morning Park Runs and an obstacle course. For those who are keen on adventure there is a micro light airfield nearby as well as Club Venture which offers paint ball, quad biking and a zip line. For the water sports enthusiast there are many safe swimming beaches and tidal pools and for those that enjoy skiing and wakeboarding there is a new water park right next door. If you have your own boat, Hazelmere Dam and Zinkwazi Lagoon are 30 mins away. For the less active, the Dolphin Coast offers varied shopping experiences including the new Ballito Junction Mall and Lifestyle Centre, delightful food and craft markets, as well as a choice of over 80 restaurants and coffee shops.
King Shaka Airport is only 20 min away and Durban and its attractions only 40 min away.
