Holidays for families and couples – Relax and Seaside

Pleasant apartment, ideal for 2-8 people (depending on the number of guests, the owner will suggest you the best accommodation solution). It is located in San Teodoro (loc. Monte Petrosu) and it is easily reachable from Olbia port (18 km) and airport (15 km). It is located on the first floor with two verandas: one with view on the sea and the island of Tavolara, one with view on the mountain.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable and is located in a strategic position: the nearest beach is 900 meters away and in 5/10 minutes by car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia (Porto Taverna, Cala Girgolu with its famous pools, Punta Molara, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, La Cinta, …). A car is recommended.
Some of the beaches close to the apartment are particularly suitable for children with fine sand, clear and shallow waters.

Upon request, I can provide high chair and cot for babies, free of charge.
Upon request, I can provide linen at an additional cost.
Private parking space available and included in the cost of the rent.
Pets are not allowed.

Within 200 meters you can find: minimarket, pizzerias, restaurants, ice-cream parlor and bar.

Suggestions and activities
Possibility to go horse riding, snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing, diving, golf and tennis.
A few km both South and North of Monte Petrosu there are clubs and pubs for the nightlife lovers.
For shoppers, a wide choice of shops and the night market in San Teodoro.
There are numerous “agriturismo” restaurants, ideal places to taste and appreciate the excellent typical Sardinian cuisine.

Piacevole appartamento ideale per 2-8 persone (a seconda del numero di ospiti, il proprietario vi suggerisce la migliore soluzione di alloggio). Si trova in località Monte Petrosu. Facilmente raggiungibile dal porto (18 km) e aeroporto (15 km) di Olbia.
E’ posto al primo piano con due verande: una vista mare e Isola di Tavolara, una vista monti.
L’appartamento è molto curato e comodo, si trova in una posizione strategica, la spiaggia più vicina dista 900 metri e in 5/10 minuti d’auto si raggiungono numerose spiagge tra le più belle della Sardegna: Porto Taverna, Cala Girgolu e le sue famose piscine, Punta Molara, Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, La Cinta…) ovviamente si raccomanda l’auto per gli spostamenti.
Alcune di queste spiagge vicine all’appartamento sono particolarmente adatte per i bambini con sabbia fine, acqua cristallina e poco profonda.
Al bisogno si forniscono seggiolone e lettino per bimbi piccoli.
La biancheria si fornisce solo su richiesta con un costo aggiuntivo.
Gli animali non sono ammessi. L’automobile è consigliata.
Nel raggio di 200 metri si possono trovare: market, pizzerie, ristoranti, gelateria, bar.

Possibilità di fare escursioni a cavallo, praticare snorkelling, windsurf, barca, diving, golf e tennis.
A pochi km da Monte Petrosu in direzione sud e nord discoteche e pub per chi ama la vita notturna.
Per gli amanti dello shopping, una vasta scelta di negozi e il mercatino serale a San Teodoro.
Numerosi sono i ristoranti agrituristici per degustare e apprezzare l’ottima cucina tipica sarda.
