VILLA NURAGHE

Villa Nuraghe has a double bedroom for 2 people and a bathroom. In the living room there is a very comfortable sofa bed for two more guests.

The Villa of about 100 square meters is located in a corner of paradise in Porto Rotondo. Our beautiful and unique property is located a few minutes from the center of Porto Rotondo, its famous beaches and a few minutes from the beautiful beach of the Gulf of Marinella. Immersed in lush greenery with typical Sardinian plants and granite rocks with bizarre shapes you will find a location for your unforgettable holidays. It was named so because of its round shape and its stone cladding. This house has a bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and its bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The room is accessed via a granite staircase. The kitchen is located between the bedroom and the living room and is equipped with an oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. A small table offers space for two people. From here you get to the very particular, round living room with its chestnut beams. It is furnished with a dining table for six people, a comfortable sofa, TV and for every convenience you have a queen-size sofa bed at your disposal. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The living room serves as an entrance on one side and an exit to the terrace on the other. The terrace is built in the middle of breathtaking rocks. Here we have created a kitchen with stove and pizza oven, hot/cold water sink, which gives the possibility of cooking under the open sky. The wooden gazebo houses a round table for 10 people. Next to the gazebo there is a private sun terrace with an outdoor hot/cold water shower. On the roof of the Nuraghe there is a panoramic room that can be part of the same house or can be seen separately. In the center of our very well-kept park there is a spectacular swimming pool that with its sinuous shapes camouflages itself in the surrounding nature. Villa has its own access to the pool.
